I Love this and all interviews by Jay. He has helped me change my life for the best. Towards the end of this interview, Jays says “ I want to get this right so I can make getting old easier.” Which I personally thought was the way to go. But lo and behold Dave interrupted and shut it down saying “your goal sucks” lol 😂😂😂. I have never seen such a response on the show. Though funny, Jay shows us that it is okay to be called out. He handled that very professionally and allowed himself to learn and understand. Great stuff keep it coming Jay. You are such a blessing to me.

I teach understanding, taking the time to understand your own feeling and why the other person is acting out and bullying others. Once you understand their behaviors aren’t your fault, you don’t have feel as confused. Then my little one can have more space in their brain to learn other things and spend less time stressed about not understanding.

Indeed, older individuals who are skinny may appear older than their overweight counterparts. This is due to the lack of fat in their facial skin, which causes the skin to sag and gives them an older appearance. However, despite their older appearance, they may actually be younger on the inside.

Some I would disagree with and pumping the idea that vegetarians and their diet are a detriment and one should eat lots of meat does NOT show up on his face! I'm 71 and Dave looks older than I do and he's only 50! And yes, I take supplements, exercise, meditate, etc. He works out on expensive machines, takes expensive supplements and look what you get! I have to say, while he has some good points. I think health and biological age is something that is visible. Dave Asprey is 50 years old and he very much looks 50 years old. I think for longevity and health the person to listen to is Bryan Johnson. If you look at Bryan Johnson you KNOW whatever he's doing is working. Comparing a picture of when he was young to one right now you would swear it's not even the same person. He absolutely looks better than he has ever looked. I once saw an interview with someone who told him he looked like an elf (a fantasy elf, not elf on the shelf - perfect porcelain skin, solid body) and I have to agree. Dave Asprey doesn't look any different than your average, relatively healthy, guy next door.

I take 2 cups organic unsweetened coconut shreds and mix with about 5 cups warmed water, blend in vitamix 2 minutes, then strain through cheese cloth. Last 4-5 days in fridge, fat will rise to top and sometimes solidify but I just use a fork to break up and mix back in. I drink about 1/2-1 c mixed with my chai powder and add cinnamon and pumpkin spice, maybe a splash of homemade vanilla. Yum 😋

He looks around his age but he does look healthy. Thats what matters. A lot of how you age is genetic . Actually a lot of his info is spot on. I don't think his mic of vitamins/Minerals is going to just fix everything and everyone. Ea person has different deficiency and different genetic Polymorphisms.

This is Dave Asprey, an American entrepreneur and author. He is the founder of Bulletproof Coffee which is often called butter coffee. It is basically… grass fed butter and an oil (MCT oil) and coffee beans. So it makes sense that he would be pro animal milk….his company is based on it…with grass fed cow’s milk.

I have a couple of questions I’m sending as I watch the video: at 23:43 he talks about doctors not knowing of these new technologies… do you know why medical schools aren’t sharing this information with doctors? And when I go to my doctor and say hey I want to try this new technique but they respond with, I don’t suggest that… what is the best way to get them to at least monitor you through it? And are there studies on the info that Dave is sharing and where can I find that without getting lost in Google?

Such big lie from Shetty! Cmon, I've been following Asprey since Bulletproof early days and honestly hes not getting younger but aging according to his age! I know you need to introduce someone to the show but... honestly above all. I mean wearing a cool T-shirt makes everyone look younger but Asprey is just getting old as normal.

@@Soapgirl64 its not really possible for me , I don't eat meat by religion, I grew up without it, I tried it twice in life, but its not a food I ate even in childhood , like Jay probably. When you never ate a food, its not easy to take it , also, in my religion I can't even enter a temple to pray if I ate meat. I can do eggs even if it feels like a very heavy food, I did take eggs as a kid and I can eat omelette. As my only option is a protein suplement I wonder if whey counts as processed or not, there are so many oposite opinions about it I dont know which ones is true.

I agree with everything else, but why do they never talk about serious trauma? Yea everyone got bullied at some point, but how his little forgivness technique would work on Junko Furuta, Unit 731 victims, or the child who was sold to human trafficers by abusive parents? You can’t just think ”oh they had a bad day”.
@MissGold888
@MissGold888 Жыл бұрын
Serious trauma requires it to be fully faced, all emotions felt from the time in question, anything that wants to be said or heard has to be given space to do so, and then the healing and integration process continues until that part is healed. This can take a few years, until each layer is healed. I had serious CPTSD from sexual trauma, childhood abuse, ritual abuse and this is what I did to heal. It was unbelievably painful and difficult but it can be done. 💜🩷💜
