I believe that was the original intention for Max to spinoff and have his own series but sadly it never happened so they just kept him as a recurring character on The Bionic Woman tv series.

Apparently it was rumored that there were plans to have a spin-off of the bionic dog with Max but it never came to fruition. This is probably due to perhaps the other series being canceled simultaneously on both networks. It was sad that they were canceled that would have been great to see additional episodes of additional seasons in syndication for years to come as well as episodes of The bionic dog.

I had a borador who climbed a 5 foot chain link fence but after my dad and I put electric wire on top to keep him from doing that again and deer entering the yard again the borador tried it one last time and moment he got shocked in the cojones he never tried it again

Cosiquin ...my girl was pure athletic dog, she was doing a lot of this. Think of their old age ,their joints suffer greatly over time.. she a comfortable fireplace dog now at 12..still runs tho
