The Bipolar Social Club is a fantastic source of community, empathy, encouragement and support. I’ve experienced a few different types of support groups, including an in-person bipolar support group at a hospital. I also spent a lot of time on the bipolar subreddit r/bipolar. BPSC is unlike any other group I’ve tried. There is a high level of respect and professionalism, and it feels safe to the point that it’s almost too good to be true. I am inspired by others who have learned how to achieve big things while maintaining mental balance. Highly, highly recommend.
