Thanks for the feedback and we did consider that. Although many don't wear a necktie to work today the primary exception being accountants and lawyers - it remains a contemporary visual image of "a person at work." Those not wearing neckties to work wear a wide variety of outfits. There was not one uniform - other than a necktie - we felt would better denote "work" from the viewer's perspective. We also feature other uniforms (e.g., construction, nurse) to allow the reader to gain a broader perspective of work beyond the office environment.

Gentle suggestion...In our global world and workforce perhaps one different image? At 51 seconds in the video, "...the contributions this could make to education (a diploma) and business (a necktie)...", left me discouraged. Why use the image of a necktie to denote business? I would suggest you take a look at the current world of work and future makeup of the global workforce and replace the necktie with a different image to denote business. In all my years, I've never seen Sharon Birkman sporting a tie, and she's a great business leader.
