For the 50th anniversary of the birth of hip hop and we're taking you back to where it all started! On August 11, 1973, DJ Kool Herc and his sister Cindy Campbell's back-to-school party at 1520 Sedgwick Avenue overflowed into Cedar Playground, sparking a movement.
