haha I have two of the s9 and one of the s9i. They are more like $100-$120 on ebay now. I use them on unminable to get random coins but I have them with free electricity and that is the only reason they are worth it. I do set them to solo mine occasionally

It will give around 3.5-4Th @ 400W. So calculate the efficiency according to that
