The Black Keys - Sad Days, Lonely Nights (Official Audio)

Delta Kream is out now via Nonesuch Records. The album celebrates the band’s roots and features eleven Mississippi hill country blues songs by R. L. Burnside and Junior Kimbrough, among others.
Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney recorded Delta Kream at Auerbach’s Easy Eye Sound studio in Nashville and the album takes its name from William Eggleston’s iconic Mississippi photograph that is on its cover. The album features musicians Kenny Brown and Eric Deaton, long-time members of the bands of blues legends including R. L. Burnside and Junior Kimbrough, and Sam Bacco on auxiliary percussion.

There are other bands that have been doing a similar/same thing for ages. There is also the original artists, which is kinda the point of making an album of covers from delta blues guys. Its gives them there time in the limelight, hopefully brings in some new people to listen to the blues or discover something new via the Black Keys
