Little mistake I did, I said the pullout damage is always 35 (70 with Berserker) but that's not true. Its actually based on what body part you hit, so the lowest it can be is 35 (70) to legs. Pullout damage from Steel Bolts: Leg Shot: 35dmg (70 with Berskerker) Lower Torso: 50dmg (100 with Berserker) Arms: 50dmg (100 with Berserker) - Steel Bolt hit does 116 damage to Upper Torso at 100m, so you will have a guaranteed kill with Blademancer pullout, no matter if you have Berserker or not (Up to 100m where it works) Counterplay? Have a teammate that will shoot you with revive bolt, no longer than 1sec after getting hit by crossbow

Found out this "secret" on the first day of the event when the whole team got farmed with this unbalanced BS. Crytek needs to nerf it _fast_ and not wait until the event is over to even acknowledge it- there are many ways, many of them are already mentioned in this comment section, but I think the best way would be to increase pull out timer when pulling out of hunters (for AI idc) but I wouldn't be surprised if they couldn't code that into the game easilly enough. Every event since 1896 update there is something so absolutely broken that it makes me think they don't really test their stuff all that much internally, and the whole playerbase of the live servers is the actual experiment. It's becoming such a cliche that the devs should take note before this becomes their game's calling card. Meme is one thing, being renown as a game that gets more broken in new ways every single update is another. You can surely call me a pessimist and a crybaby for being annoyed by the state of the game, but don't call me Shirley.

Chu ko whatever needs a nerf (the frags), blademaster shouldn't do any damage on pullout, crack shot should not reduce spread nearly as much an' Shredder too needs a patch. I've been havin' a lot of fun this event so far regardless, but it's quite clear these aspects need to change. Hope the patch they're hopefully rollin' out near the end of the week fixes these things, an' hopefully doesn't leave one unchanged makin' that the undisputed meta.

To all those complaining: at the end of the day you still need to get a hit with the crossbow or bow or whatever to kill. This is objectively harder to do than with a rifle. Why use a crossbow if it barely ever one hit kills instead of just using a sparks silenced (especially with fast fingers...)? So go ahead! Get out there and start owning with blademancer pull outs. The average player will try and go back to rifles when they realize how cumbersome these weapons are.

U for real? I was playing in a trio yesterday, we all had crossbows with this bullshit skill, I played 10-12 games and lost only two of them. Usually my win/loss ratio is about 50% in six star lobbies. It was super easy to hit people with a fast metal bolt, especially inside the compound. Most of my kills were from the pull out, like 80% of them. I've never seen more broken mechanics in this game, I hope they fix it quickly, because if it's going to be like this the whole event I'll rather pass. Also note how many people are running around with crossbows and bows at the moment. There are sometimes lobbies where almost every player has a crossbow or bow, this alone shows a lack of balance.

Everyone thought that Crack Shot would be overpowered, but turns out it was Blademancer... And they're in they're in the same Troupe! This is one of the first times I've actually dreaded the idea of going against a certain event related thing. And now you're telling me it's even worse if you got Berserker? Input Lag or why? you could go with a Resolution above 4k with DSR and then get back your FPS with FSR and DLSS, i have a 2k screen with 4070 5700x3d, i play at DSR 3413x1920 and performance and get my 175 FPS und my 2k 31,5" 165 hz screen with better quality, performance and visibility than just going straight 2k. But maybe i am deranged, pls. Some sentences that make sense to me.

i used to be such a great hunt and crytek fan. i grew up playing crisis. i played evole a ton. i allways defended crytek whenever possible. but ever since the upgrade... crytek is such a massive let down. wow. the thousand of hours i put into hunt over the years.. and now it ends like this. its so fucking sad man. im legit thinking about uninstalling and just unsubbing from everywhere so i dont see anymore of this slow suicide. i think the thing that triggers me the most is: you have games like no mans sky wich totaly suck and the devs put in SO much work to save it. And after years of basicly no further income they turn the game around and actually deliver a realy good game. And on the other hand you have a game like hunt wich had its ups and downs but backed by a super loyal trusting community that pups in money with no end by purchasing BB and dlcs to support their favorite game and suddenly they pull this shit because they get greedy or need to finance the new crisis or some shit idk man, it just sucks so bad. im so disapointet

I'd be 100% into it if it didn't do pull damage, or if you can't pull while they're actively stopping bleeding+a small channel (similar to Shadow Crush). Maybe just enhancing Blade Seer to have that ability. See projectiles in dark sight AND channel to pull/pick them up.
