The Bling Crease Fly - Blue/Chart

Thanks all for watching ! this has been in the pipeline for a long while and finally got round to uploading it.
Foiling is not new to lures but its fairly new to tying and can be used on a number of different flies, from poppers to surf candies.
Materials:
Hook: Ahrex SA 270 #3/0 or Gammakatsu SL12 #4/0
Thread: Danville 210 flat waxed
Tail: Blue chartreuse and white bucktail , saddle hackle 2x blue 2x chartreuse, Pearl flash and lateral scale .
Head : 2mm foam cut to shape or using a cutter 4mm sheet foam and a foiling kits available from www.ukflies.com , chenille

Hey Rupert, why the change from Plasti Dip to Gorilla Glue for sealing up the head? Just curious. I know in one of you're earlier videos you sealed up the crease fly with plasti dip. Great stuff as usual.

Hey good question. Started getting really bad headaches with plastidip and the smell hung around for days after. I still use if on the fat boy fly but that's it. Gorilla doesn't smell and dries crystal .

Rupert Harvey Flies - I was thinking, that Plasti Dip has a crazy odor to it. Cool product but, you need some serious ventilation when working with it. I tried it after watching your previous videos and thought... man this stuff is crazy. Good choice in making the switch!
