The Blockchain Mindset with Dr. Alex Cahana

Dr. Cahana is the Chief Medical Officer and Market Lead for ConsenSys Health. His experience is in military, healthcare and most recently, blockchain, and he believes that by ‘blockchainizing’ healthcare we can transform people from passive health service consumers into active, self-sovereign health and wealth producers. I gotta recommend that you work on audio. It would be best if both parties had professional microphones and headsets, and that the call was recorded on both ends and the audio spliced together in post. So lets go over this. You have to have a service or function that is worth while enough to pay the extremely high cost of transacting blocks ( maybe sending encrypted info for say a patient profile or amount of gold in a vault ). As the complexity of computation grows such does the power needed to defend from creating false data to hammer the blockchain from outside parties. This problem embodies itself currently thru if you want to move $200 in bitcoin, the miners have voted to take 20% of your coin as a fee for moving around the blocks. The cost of privacy is and will be massive. Chip manufactures cannot even keep up with the demand for autos, they will have to churn out trillions more of even more powerful computers for miners to keep growing. I suppose the road to working blockchain will the road to mining of the final bitcoin something like 2100 ? What about future AI ability to create its owns chips and double spend a coin w/o extra computer power? Great guest thanks !
