Alice! I believe they came to America via their Aunt Queen Isabella! Possibly on one of Columbus’ journeys over.

Thanks as always Alice, a delight! What do you think? Sources for Charles II excavation? Does Richard III deserve his evil reputation or was it Tudor propaganda? Richard III society might have something to say in all of that. But these princes were not seen again. Lambert Simnel and Perkin Warbeck show there was much belief that the princes survived even though they were imposters. Why?

Next time I’m in town will take the “Alice Loxton” historic tour around the City, very, very interesting stories.

I think the two princes were killed, brutal as it is, they had to go, since they were a potential threat to the crown. The most commonly believed story is the one where they were smothered in their sleep, isn't it?

Good bit of karma, it was only a few years earlier the Princes father Edward IV was allegedly ordering the murder of Henry VI in the Tower. What goes around comes around as they say.

I’ve seen a documentary on KZbin where they go into detail about who did it and how. Two men smothered them with pillows whilst they slept.

Thank you Alice, this is a historic debate which will carry on in years to come. If only we knew for sure. Love these little history snippets.

What do I think? I think that based on the title I was hoping for a video tour of The Bloody Tower

Sadly I do believe it was the boys.

The Carl Orff music works great for this! I think Gloucester dunnit, or someone else wishing HIS advancement to the throne, but definitely done for that reason and preventable by Richard. He was a zealous social reformer and may have seen the lives of the young princes as a price worth paying for the achievement of his ambitions to improve the lot of the people of England.. Had he succeeded at Bosworth he would have endowed The North richly, not just named his palace after a bit of it like Henry Tudor, or, as they say, "like wot King Henry The Seventh done".. Nice one Alice! 🌟👍

What I KNOW is that Alice rules! I probably wouldn’t be nearly as interested without her input. Need to figure out how to get a signed book from her in the States without breaking the bank. Love everything she does. Humble props!

I think where there is smoke there is fire. Also the fact that modern day Richardians quietly leave out the later discovery of these two skeletons lends credence.
@Calucifer134 ай бұрын
no, they don´t. They are, in fact, waiting for King Charles III to give order to the archeologists, genealogists and osteologists to look at the bones more properly and decide whether those boes are of the two boys or not.
