I love mountain biking videos there’s just something so rewarding about it, I love feeling wind in my hair. I personally love mountain biking because I can take what it is I’m going through and I can just leave it at the top of the mountain. For me the woods and trails are a place of freedom from my PTSD. I’m free there in those woods going around corners and focusing as I do technical bits that give me a little rush of joy.
