So stoked to hear that you are producing a pattern that is as pretty as the Garti Cardi. It is so pretty and as an adventurous beginner it totally fits with my desire to have a doable pattern. Thank you so much. 👏🙂👏

I really hope it ends up as a pattern! I'm stuck on it atm.

@@thebluebirdbox that is so hard when feeling stuck like that. I am told in my training as a therapist to “go back to one.” Over the years I have interpreted that to mean keep it simple. Not sure if that applies to being a fiber artist or not ... either way I really enjoy your podcast and think your work is wonderful 👏🙂👏

The new phone works great! I enjoy hearing about Alberta yarn producers and dyers, and I like when you talk about your design process - how you added short rows in the shoulders, for instance. Loved seeing that big Alberta sky at the end - miss it!!

Thumbs up to the new format! I would also enjoy some tales from your farm- it would be interesting to a city dweller like me😊 Thanks for sharing about your trip- I live near the Victoria airport so Beehive is one of my LYS. Looking forward to your pattern release in a few days. Your attention to detail really shows.

Lovely how you mixed the colours. Gorgeous yak yarn 🥰one belly laugh is worth it, absolutely. Perfect you protect your kids against too harsh information through a podcast. Tip for the needles on a plane. Take an envelope stamped with your home address. If the security doesn't allow them you can send them home. It happened to me, they threw my expensive hooks away. Next time I at least can send them home. I think your format and your phone are okay. Live and learn 😉

I really enjoyed the format but if I’m being honest I’ve enjoyed them all. I appreciate when you take the time to explain the thought process and why you design a project a certain way. I have learned so much and am excited to try the short rows in the shoulder area to help with the neckline. I know you have mentioned Crux Fibres on your podcast previously and I believe she has tested for you. If you haven’t already she does a great podcast as well. I have learned quite a bit from her as well. I’m not sure if she is continuing it as she hasn’t posted in a bit but she has young kids and I’m sure September is busy with back to school. Another good podcast is The Knitty Stew. Leanne is from Calgary (me too) and she is a flight attendant. She does podcasts as she travels and showcases great yarn stores in the areas she is in. Thanks for taking the time as bf effort to make these. They are wonderful.

HI Anna, I like the new phone! It's definitely made a difference. I always enjoy the pace of your videos, it's like we're across the table from each other and chatting about knitting. The story section adds to that impression. Re. making money from KZbin, Roxanne Richardson just published an eye-opening KZbin video on just that subject, as she has reached 100K subscribers (took her 10 years to get there). If you're in it for the money, which she isn't either, you're getting into a lot of heartaches. It's worth watching! Happy Thanksgiving.
