I looove cream to powder blushes so much. I thiiiink that’s my favorite formula of blushes but damn do I love a dewy blush too. I love it all! But I’m really interested in those Mac glow play blushes because of that texture and formula.

Glad you appreciate my perspective. A few years ago I would never have purchased a $40 blush but now that I've made progress in my career, it's in my budget. I can never comment if a product is "worth the price" because it's always 100% subjective.

I thought I was insane because all of my friends love it! I'm either really bad at makeup or insanely picky. I just realized that the sticky balmy texture lifts my foundation up and is difficult to blend. Now that I've realized that, I can avoid those textures! I need a true cream.

If my skin had one milliliter more moisture then it'd be too balmy for me and wouldn't work, its def a dry dry dry skin thing too. I lol'd when you brought out warm sol. I just bought mac glow play blush in heat index. I don’t own a bright pink highlighter and I wanted one. But I’m going to Sephora to buy the sephora bright pink shade tomorrow. Gorgeous on my skin tone. I don’t like to wear pink but the blush on my tan skin tone is amazing

I will say though that I do use some sparkly blushes 😬 but the glitter needs to be super fine. Ex: Mented Cosmetics blush in Peach for the Stars.

What a great video I love this! Out of all of the blushes you listed which one do you think gives you like a sunburned flushed healthy look? I think you should also do a lip tag on all your favorite lipstick’s. Keep up the great work!

The ultimate sunburned blush for me is Mac OG Warm Soul, which is why I love it so much. But no one can buy that haha. Instead what I do is layer any bronzey blush, like Hourglass At Night, with a red blush on top, like a pop of Mac glow play in heat index

You look so luminous. I love blush and am happy I found this video. My Ride or Die is MAC Prism. It looks like nada in the pan, but looks great on the skin. It is my perfect shade of windburn mauve. I do love my Tower 28 blush. The tangerine shade I got is so pretty when I self tan. My best memory? Allow me to show my age. Bonne Bell Blushing gel. I wore it on my wedding day. Worst blush overhyped blushes? Again, showing my age. Tarte. Any Tarte. The Amazonian clay are so patchy. The gel stick was so sticky. Although it is pricey, I think it would be impossible for any beginner to mess up Benefit Dallas. Least practical? Any loose powder blush, like from Bare Minerals. The best blush of all time for me is no longer made. It was the Revlon Sandalwood Beige blush which used to have red shimmer. Not gold, not, silver, not pink, but RED SHIMMER.

The marbling of the Hourglass blushes and bronzers is so inconsistent that I can’t take a chance on buying them any more. My medium olive skin tone is tricky in some ways when it comes to getting the right shade. I loved their darker bronzer when I bought it but the second one in the same shade didn’t show up adequately on my skin. Those balm blushes work so much better for me when applied with a dense brush (like the Elf putty primer brush). I love blush too.

Totally agree, my At Night shade was pretty balanced but my friend got one with all of the highlight color and none of the actual blush. Luckily, I found dupes for the Hourglass blushes since I don't support their brand anymore.

Sure I think so! They’re a pretty fool proof formula. More of a harder cream formula so it’s easy to control and they aren’t too pigmented
