Very interesting. I've been experimenting with my walking sticks for self-defense . With a strong emphasis on actually needing a walking aid to remain upright. The first thing ive noticed is to look down 👀 this stops the "hard man stare" and puts you in position to see your opponent's foot placement. This decides if i attack left or right . I want to kick the bottom of the stick upwards towards the groin ! This is a faint ! You can cover your movement as if a stumble but quickly reverse strike to the head just as you demonstrate. If this is blocked in anyway ? Then straight pommel to the face followed by whipping. I will watch your videos with great detail and hopefully upload my own cane defence form . I dont think there is a two cane system 🤔 but i got it, and it's dynamic . I still cant decide if i like a straight cane or one with a handle. Hopefully i will never need to know 👍 though i miss my old cane "Betsy " . Dubbed after a mugger tried his luck. Hidden katana /spear ! = i "bets he" regrets picking on a veteran 😆
