Ecclesiastes might be a great reading suggestion for people who doubt the existence of God and struggle with "The purpose of life" and are on-the-brink of seeking and opening up. Maybe for some, Ecclesiastes followed by the Proverbs serve as useful introductions to the Holy Scriptures. Thank you for your site~a wonderful blessing.

Spoiler: back when strict censorship was something that all books went through, you couldn't publish something like this without pretending to be a believer. It was in fact just before Judaism/Christianity and then not until the late 1700s that you could have a serious philosophical debate. Even Shakespeare had to put bitter truths in the mouths of "insane" men like Hamlet and Macbeth.
