Yes, you said correctly that borrowing money is not good just like creating a liability, rather it's a wise step to borrow money from the bank at lesser rate and invest that money into real estate to earn more interest out of it...and clear your outstanding with your bank after earning at least double of your borrowed amount and play with your earned money into the booming real estate sector.... I also believe in this kind of practice 🙂 Calculated Risk with Calculated Profit 🙂
