Door knocking is a great way to build a personal relationship with the client as it’s a real face to face conversation .Although social media is a great way to communicate with everyone, going through your local neighbourhood and speaking with people as a realtor creates a real conversation which can lead to new business. Great video.

With the rise in break ins and the strategy to door knock to see if anyone is home - I no longer have much tolerance for door knockers. It's disruptive and the idea that it's worth ruffling a few feathers for the pay off speaks volumes about character.
