I thought he was cursed with eternal childhood and he's trying to break free from that? He's the mightiest of the demigods but can't grow to full power because he's literally stuck as a youth ( maybe not a literal child ) He may be incredibly old, but I think because of the curse he is still technically a "child". I think no matter how much time passes, till he breaks his curse he is forever "young". Just my interpretation.

@@luckyowl6432he was not cursed with internal childhood, but trapped in a body of a child. Think of it like he can’t grow. In the statues he’s like a child even tho he’s the same age as malenia, yet in the caccoon he’s bigger. He was trying to make himself grow, in term fixing his curse, and his sisters. Also also, I’m calling my the dlc man bad guy to be him. Same hair, just that he now has omen blood, and was tainted by mohg, and destroyed by his sisters death. If it’s not him I’ll be a bit disappointed

His curse absolutely is" eternal childhood" which if you boil it down the real curse means he can't grow to full power. And yes his entire storyline is about how he is trying to break free or evolve from said curse.

Technically Miquella isnt a child as he is Malenia's twin, thus making them the same age. Not important to my comment though, which is what if Miquella needed the cursed blood in order to get to the shadow lands but knew Malenia would do what she could to prevent Miquella from potentially being hurt so he influenced her somehow to march on Caelid where Radahn was just chilling with his soldiers with the only way to get any further away would be for Radahn to go to the bottom of Limgrave. It would also explain why Malenia went all the way to Caelid when iv yet to see or hear about Radahn trying to find Miquella.

We're way past that now. These games have become too big. Souls has entered into the realm of tutorials, of deliberately telling players about things through pop ups, like any other big game around. There's no way they'd make a 40 bucks DLC hard to get into as far as clarity of information is concerned. I do wonder about their next game though. Can't make a trend from a single game, I suppose.

@kimlee6643 DKS1 literally starts you in the undead asylum with the floor COVERED in tutorial messages, I don't see it as much different. BB is still my fav soulsborne game, and even they have messages early on for blood vials etc.

Food for thought: the unalloyed lilly is Miquella's symbol, guess who in Elden Ring has a lilly as symbol, Saint Trina, if Saint Trina is the alter ego of Miquella (maybe the lady figure at theHelig tree might be her) to me the fact that Mogh abducted Miquella is not only because to his eyes is his act to induct Miquella to Godhood but to get his hands to Saint Trina. Remember what's written that mogwyn dynasty brings whatever nightmare, you need someone who is in his dream (Miquella) and someone that puts his enemy's to sleep (Saint Trina) to actually bring nightmares in reality.

With Radahn, it appeared to be the decaying remains of Leonard and Radahn being puppeted around a swamp in the trailer. The rib cage of the corpse seemed to be about the size I imagine Radahn to be once stripped of the rune that augmented his innate skills and abilities. Hard to say, either way I’m looking forward to seeing what it is. As for Mogh I wonder if Miquella ended up manipulating Mogh into being a proxy sacrifice which would allow him passage into the Shadow Land. So many possibilities!

Evan as for Omen like Morgot and Mohg 1. Godfrey and his crucible nights were using the powers of the crucible (believed that was the primordial form of the Erdtree) 2. Before Golden Order, the appear of tails, wings and horns was considered holy but when Marika married to Radagon, Radagon seemed to be the one that wants to rid of the previous Elden Lord (making Godfrey the first Tarnished by exile him), making his crucible knights that fought dragons, Giants looked down upon as chaotic and of course the Omen children of Godfrey locked up.

Well that suggests miquella needed the stars to move. Mohg is a must because he gaurds miquella. But it seems both ranni n miquella needed rahdan dead. Thus miquella giving us spirit bell through ranni.

The main reason I think Radahn is required to beat is cuz he’s the main enemy of miquella. He’s the main one gate keeping him from completing his plan. Radahn is about keeping things in order with the gods while miquella wanting change. That’s my interpretation of it

Personally I think that the whole Radaan thing has to do with Miquella & what he is trying to accomplish. I have a feeling he is trying to follow in his Mother's (Marika's) footsteps, to become the God of a New Age, much like Ranni and her Age of Stars. Radaan's halting of the stars means that no new Age can begin, so if Miquella wants to become a God, he needs the stars to start moving again, meaning that Radaan needs to die. It's probably why he sent his Sister Malenia to try and defeat Radaan.

Im actuelly half way throulgh ds2. I played let it die 1st/i didnt beat the 4th boss yet/not finished it yet. I played assasins creed unity 1st/can fight 8 people with level 1 weopon/everything else good. Just a level 1 weopon/no guns/grenades unless smoke bomb to steal from a body when they die.

Miquella could have ordered Malenia to kill Radahn in order to release his grip on the stars to complete his own transformation within his cocoon or his own quest. Malenia couldnt kill radahn so we might have to in order to enable miquella to complete his own quest. Mohg we obviously need to kill in order to get to miquella's hand.

If you asked people what’s more important, combat or lore, no one would say lore. And if they did , they’re lying. It’s an action game.
