Question: Do either of the books have a lot of white surrounding the sticker? I don’t care for stockers that stick out as a sticker on a color page.

Yes, both of them have a border around each sticker (except for the giant panels).

I have the Antiquarian sticker book; I bought it after watching one of your videos that featured it. It's gorgeous, despite some of the creepy stickers, but I don't have a problem with them. This new book looks gorgeous. Christmas gift to myself maybe?! Great review Sarah!

I just got my Antiquarian book today! Now, hmmm, I’ll have to keep an eye out for that. I don’t mind the creepy, and I like botanicals but not as much as some people do. I LOVE the alpha stickers!!!! Definitely going to keep an eye out for other books like this now.

These are a tad expensive for me so definitely a stretch, but as a biology student and a victorian era enthusiast, I will be making this sacrifice and purchase them both, as scrapbooking/journaling is a big hobby of mine. Thank you for this video! I ordered both books shortly after watching this video and I actually ended up liking the Antiquarian book better. Even though I love botany and was expecting to like the Botanist’s anthology better, I didn’t appreciate all the bugs in the book 🤢🤢 I also really enjoyed the creepier stickers in the Antiquarian. We should expect a little creepy and odd since it is a Victorian era themed book after all.

I have the first book and love the variety but found the section with all of alphabet letters that I don't use them very much. I love this second book because I love floral and the woodland trees you showed are just beautiful. I, also, like the sheen of the stickers of this new book. I will be definitely be buying it. Two things about the Antiquarian sticker book that I didn't like was, first, how duplicate stickers were often on different pages, making it unnecessarily harder to find matching stickers, and second, how each page had a different background colour, which if I'm able to cut the outline of the sticker so that the coloured border is no longer there then it's not a big deal, but some images/stickers make that too difficult to work so that coloured outline around the image tends to ruin it for me. Especially if I want to use multiple stickers from the book that are on different pages and have different outline colours, it sometimes ruins the journal spread I'm trying to create. That being said, I like the Botanist sticker book better for that reason. Every page seems to have the same white/nude background/outline. And I also really like the glossy texture of these stickers. There's kind of like a softness to that shine that's different (and more pleasing to my eye) than other shiny/reflective kind of stickers.

I haven’t tested them but I’d guess they are NOT waterproof. They are completely different than the waterproof vinyl stickers I own.

I use them to decorate my journal, and to cover up the odd mistake! I am not at all artistic, but I do find stickers add a nice dimension amongst all the writing. The Botanist sticker book is available 1-2 months in the UK 😌

The images in this book are so amazing! But if you are concidering of bying this, I would want to point out that the glue on the stickers are not that high quality. The stickers don’t stay stuck on a pourous or recycled paper. It sticks well on shiny or non-pourous paper/material. I think this is a bit sad, since I love vintage looking old papers the most.
