I’m playing on the console version and don’t have all the wrecks you have. Are the wrecks variable even on the starter island or is this yet another nerfing of the PlayStation version?😊

Tbh I have yet to play on console so I am not 100% sure but I wouldn't be surprised if there are less overall but it is pretty random for how it generates a map. I've had starter islands with very little resources past what's growing already. If you really don't like the starter island, a new game and map can be generated and you can start fresh. :) The wrecks and resources of the islands will all be randomized within certain thresholds. Really comes down to the luck of the RNG. Hope it goes well for ya!

As far as I know, they do not. They quickly become one of the more scarce resources because so many items use them.
