I don't get why she would have stabbed him when she knows he's trying to help her (even though his sense of "helping" makes no sense to me). Then she forgets all that she's learned, too, after passing out? Weird movie.

Random arse ending. Personally, I think it should have ended with her getting her memory back, and she learns he really was her love.

Yeah, I think it should have ended either with what he said being true and then being in love, or it ending with it. Turns out that was all the lie and in reality she broke up with him and so he killed Rob and her roommate so nobody would know that she broke up with him and he constructed all this to trick her
