I think this season is overall quite a bit weaker than prior ones. There is too much of an emphasis on over the top and very surface level political "commentary" that is ignoring a large section of the real political conversations going so it adds nothing to it and will date it terribly. It's getting tired quickly. It also appears to take center stage OVER quality writing when it comes to plot lines, character consistency with prior seasons and dialogue. Still very entertaining and fun season but just not as interesting, unique or thoughtful as before.
