Homelander wants them to love, respect and worship him, so laser Stormfront will ruin his image. Esp when she's so famous, ppl will question. Also, he had yet discover her full potential. He doesn't really kill anyone that against him, he kills "the useless" (mostly) and whom he has no control over. For those in power, he has (mild) respect for them, even better when he can control and benefit from them. (Like he didn't kill the chairman, because that man dared to face him AND useful).

If the canary died, that meant the air was no longer safe to breath and you should get out. Hughie is Butcher's canary because he lets Butcher know when it is time to stop and turn back.

I love the real feeling of this show. It shows how if it was actually real. There are bad people all around the world and imagine one of them getting powers like in this show. It wouldn't be like Marvel or DC, people would use them for their own gain and entertainment. Homelander - Lawful Evil. Doesn't intentionally kill innocent bystanders. Pretty creepy and borderline insane but still likeable. Stormfront - Chaotic Evil. Kills people for pleasure/racism. Just outright horrible.

i don't know he seems perfectly willing to kill innocent people. he just doesn't do it for the sake of doing it. he always has a reason for the things he does. So i wouldn't say Lawful evil is the right term. its not like he has a code. he just doesn't kill innocents without purpose. if they had forced him to he absolutely would have lasered those people on the plane. he also clearly does take pleasure in killing, take the shooter he killed with maeve for example.

Just a heads up, but I think the title of this episode is supposed to be "Nothing Like It in the World". "Over the Hill with the Swords of a Thousand Men" is episode 4 of season 2. Anyway a great reaction to a great comic adaptation, and speaking of I hope you guys eventually react to the DC animated movies like the Batman/TMNT one you did before too, since I noticed not a lot of reactors watch them and you guys doing it would help make people more of aware of how awesome they can be.

Parents go down and pick up the kid if they seem like they can't swim after throwing them in the deep end my mom walked away saying swim or drown and came back 3 hours later whenever I was 3 years old. Grandparents pool while they were shopping for school clothes for my older 1/2 brother. At least that's the story she told me.
