When seeing the old noir with the new. He was more bloodthirsty and independent in the sense of not having backup help and doing what he did with determination and being mysterious. And tactical and broken by the past. That was with vengeance and soldier boy. But now, in the new noir... it seems to be what it would be like if that accident had never happened in the past. And it's another deadpool.

I mean, in season 3 already, Kimiko was like "it was weird when we kissed -not because it felt bad-, but because we're more than that, we're family." Basically frenchie has kind of taken the role of a brother to replace the one she's lost, he's basically her only family left and I think it's really beautiful.

Im gonna be honest , they did Black Noir real dirty , it wasnt bad enough that Homelander killed him but now he also got replaced by some boring nobody , how disrespecting is that. I really am gonna miss the originall Black Noir , but at least he died trying to do what he belived was the right thing to do , he stoped being afraid and was ready to fight Soldier Boy , RIP Black Noir , one of the most likeable member’s of The Seven 😢

I'm positive that Kessler is a manifestation of Butcher's hatred and fear of supes. Kessler knows about the fact that Butcher sided with Homelander to fight Soldier Boy, and virtually nobody outside of the situation has no idea what happened. Conversely, Becca tends to appear as Butcher's moral compass when he's about to do something he'll regret later.

The problem I have with this and to a lesser extent the last season of the boys is that it feels as subtle as a brick to the face. I generally agree with the politics, but when it becomes so hamfisted it weakens the writing. I still really like the show though, there's just a few more cracks in every episode.

I don't like at all how cheaply the Kumiko Frenchie relationship was put in the dust here just to satisfy the gay community after Meaves exit. Nobody saw that shit coming until this episode. The complete opposite was the case. I've shiped the two so hard and then out of nowhere some nobody appears that nobody knows, who is introduced as if he has always been someone and who destroys the fan desire written in the cheapest way, just so that the series rides on the rainbow. And of course, Kumiko is absolutely fine with it, as is everyone else. So shitty written. But they have to deal with it okay and without conflict in the series, because the oppressed and very loud rainbow community has to be satisfied. Why don't they make a gay out of noir, if they have to? He is virtually a blank slate. But no, you have to write such cheap shit out of nowhere.

Weird thing to be upset about, the show is more interesting not to mention realistic this way. Also if you didn't see it coming perhaps rewatch previous seasons, she never liked him romantically. Now they could make them end up together in the end if she actually accepts therapy and stops treating him like a brother replacement but I'm fine with whatever they cook up in the end (other than klIIlng them off, now that would be bad writing)

Out of nowhere? Frenchie was established as bisexual in season one. He had a male partner, the guy who ODed. And last season, Frenchie and Kimiko’s potential for a romantic relationship was ended after they kissed. She told him that she loves him like family, not as a lover. It really goes to show some fans don’t pay any attention to the very important dialogue. None of it was out of nowhere or cheap.
