Check out the movies Bad Boys(1995), Bad Boys ll(2003), Bad Boys For Life(2020), and Bad Boys: Ride Or Die is coming out in June. I feel like they are similar to the Rush Hour movies but a little more adult style. Compared to Rush Hour being probably a little more kid friendly.

"Shut up! You!" "Yes?" "Not you. Him! What's your name?" "Mi." "Yes, you." "I'm Mi." "He's Mi and I'm Yu." "And I'm about to whoop your old ass man because I am sick of playing games! You, me? Everybody's ass around here!" Fun Fact: Theatrical film debut for Catherine Ferrino. Location Location Fact: Portions of the "Tower Duel" sequence were filmed in the upper section of the Eiffel Tower. Other portions were replicated built sets. That's My Jackie Fact: Jackie Chan had a cracked sternum and bruises to his shins from his many stunts. In the credits, there is an outtake where Chan throws a table backwards with his legs into himself, accidentally. Blade Enthusiast Fact: In the Eiffel Tower fight scene, the Japanese Kenji (Hiroyuki Sanada) wields a Jian, a traditionally Chinese sword, and the Chinese Lee (Jackie Chan) wields a Katana, a traditionally Japanese sword. The Gefilte Cut Fact: In the airplane scene, Carter orders gefilte fish, a reference to a similar scene in Rush Hour 2 (2001) that never made the final cut, because of Chris Tucker's inability to pronounce the name of the dish at the time.

El Pollo [pronounced poyo] Loco is a fast-food chicken chain in the U.S. Its name is Spanish for "The Crazy Chicken." Carter keeps saying it incorrectly in the movie, saying El Poco Loco instead which would mean "The Little Crazy One."

7:45 😊 Yeah. This scene's a cute exercise in wordplay and misunderstanding. _"He's_ Mi, and _I'm_ Yu." It's reminiscent of the Abbot-and-Costello skit "Who's on First." Have you seen it? "Let's see, now. Who's on first, What's on second, I Don't Know is on third-" "You the manager?" "Yes." "Well tell me the guy's names." "I'm _telling_ you their names." "Well who's on _first?"_ "Yes." "Well go ahead and _tell_ me." "What?" "The guy on _first."_ "Who?" "Yes." "The guy on first is Who." "What are you askin' _me_ for?" "I'm not _asking_ you. I'm _telling_ you. Who is on _first."_ "Only thing I want to know is what's the guy's name on first?" "Now _wait_ a minute.. What is on _second."_ "What?" "Yes." The skit is a _whole exercise_ in misunderstanding.

Shanghai Noon and Shanghai nights are wonderful movies. One of the greatest Jackie Chan movies In my opinion is Rumble in the Bronx.

Hahahahaha your blooper reaction to rushour 1 and 2 in this was too perfect XD
@lazyperfectionist1 Жыл бұрын
Well let me just tell you, _Shanghai Noon_ is an awesome movie as _well._ And it, too, has outtakes at the end. Indeed, for a while, I owned it on DVD, and that disc had the option to watch it with the _commentary_ track playing, and there, the voices in the movie were quieted so we could hear from the _director_ and the two lead _actors._ Now Jacki Chan has always marketed himself as the actor who does all his own _stunts._ In the commentary, Owen Wilson said he wants to be known as the actor who does _none_ of his own stunts. 🤷♂ _Shanghai Knights,_ though, was a miss. So much of the humor was just an allusion to Sherlock Holmes, and I can't help but think they would've benefitted by somehow finding a way to bring back Brandon Merrill. She's the lady who played our lead character's Sioux _wife._ She's a stunning _woman,_ but if you look her up, _Shanghai Noon_ is the _only_ acting credit in her filmography.

Aria, your reactions to comedies are the best. Seeing you laugh and smile is delightful. As far as other comedy movies go, are you interested in watching older comedies? From the 1930's, 40's, 50's or 60's? There are a lot of fun movies out there that I think you would enjoy, provided you haven't seen any before. Please let me know, I am most interested to find out. Keep the reactions coming!

I love watching older movies but I don’t think I’ve seen comedies from that time except for Charlie Chaplin movies🤔
@markjuarez1791 Жыл бұрын
@@ariachanson01 Nice to know that. I've only seen a couple of Charlie Chaplin films, I'm a much bigger fan of Laurel & Hardy. Although they mostly made short subjects instead of feature films. Anyway, here is a list of comedy movies that I enjoy very much and I think you will too. Bringing Up Baby(1938), Some Like It Hot(1959), Barefoot In The Park(1967), The Odd Couple(1968), The Goodbye Girl(1977), Foul Play(1978), The Blues Brothers(1980), Arthur(1981), Tootsie(1982), Beverly Hills Cop(1984), Back To The Future(1985), When Harry Met Sally(1989), and House Sitter(1992). I know that's a big list, but they are all enjoyable, and you've already watched Airplane! & Ghostbusters. I hope that you will keep these movies in mind for the future. Thank you!

Jackie Chan hated the Rush Hour movies. He also hates all his kids, because they don't live up to the standards of beating the shit out of themselves for shitty movies.
