Yeah....they are in denial. The Russian mob boss used him, and his partner in crime-a woman was shocked at sticking around not that he was with a man. The only "issue" I have, is the writing. All episodes, up until the 3rd of this season, he was still leaning towards Kimiko. I was shocked at how SHE pushed him away. There wasn't a lean or storyline to show otherwise.

This episode was great, but I want to talk about 1 specific thing said between Firecracker & Sister Sage: Personally, I feel the expression "You're 1 of the good 1s" (or variations of it) is the most racist thing someone can say. It may not sound racist on the surface, but the deeper meaning of it basically is "You disprove my racist ideology or disprove a stereotype about a racial group, but I'm still going to believe it anyway since I only view you as an exception not a norm." Because of this, I have a feeling Sister Sage will kill Firecracker in the Season finale.

This may sound weird, but I hope Butcher dies at the end of Season 4. Hear me out: They said at the end of Season 3 he has at best a year left, so I hope the show doesn't pull a last minute way to save his life. Plus, if the show gets a 5th Season, having the rest of The Boys deal with his death would be interesting for their development as a team having lost their leader.

I think they've done the same side plot with Frenchie 3 times now..... Anthony Starr is the best tv actor working right now. How he's not received any awards for this portrayal, is astounding.

Actually… Frenchie and Kumiko backstories didn’t come out of nowhere… but this is what happens when shows takes too much time between seasons, because we tend to forget character developments and Frenchie’s Bi sexuality mentioned in season 2… I actually think Frenchies story is getting repetitive a little, because he has been going through guilt from season 1

The problem with Frenchie is that he worked better bouncing off of Kimiko. This season theyve been separated. Also all their backstory is in random comments so its hard to follow. The guilt thing makes sense. Its just annoying because hes ignoring the problem and all progress from last seasons seems lost. Everyone forgave him for the Mallory thing when he explained that his boyfriend was overdosing. When he killed bros family he was an enslaved possibly child hitman. He even tells Kimiko in early seasons he tried to run away but always got dragged back. Butcher saves him by making him part of CIA blackops. Also he was pardoned when the Boys became official again so turning himself in makes no diff...
