wow i never thought of it like that ! but I'm afraid to be board because my brain will bring all the negative thoughts , so I just try to be busy with anything ... i dont know if this is a good idea lol . but what to do if all I think about is negative when board . great channel

While it's true that an "inactive" mind can be very creative, it is no longer true once the inactivity lasts long enough for the person to complain about it. When my kids would complain about being bored, I would reply to them that they weren't "bored," they were "boring." I explained that the more interests they pursued, the less bored they would be. And now as adults they lead the most fascinating lives.
