Mine Stihl iMove EVO broke down after one week! The service shop (an official Stihl service provider) tried to fix it but they failed. They had a long discussion with the Stihl support and ordered spare parts for a lot of money (nearly the same amount as a mower costs). So the service shop finally returned my mower to Stihl. Stihl offered me 25% reduction of the price. But I will no take the offer. I like to get my money back. I really regret buying it!

i'd really appreciate if you could tell me the roughly dimensions of the docking station (length and width) I can't find them anywhere! (I bought the robot a couple days ago and I have some adjustment to perform in the area I planned to place the docking station).

Its nice for the average lawn but you need a beefy industrial chain saw eating brush and twig type high powered machine thats what we need

Best to schedule it to mow in daylight hours only so the wildlife such as hedgehogs can roam the garden freely and safely at night.

Hi Guys, I have a Stihl iMow 5 Evo, and it’s splendid: this is its second week mowing. I think the only slight drawback is that it won't do a complete perimiter edge cut as the more basic models do. Its progress is more random. We have one guide wire, with a couple of stopping places, so I’ve programmed it to cut the back garden and front garden turnabout. I just wonder whether, because of the more random progress, it will miss bits of the perimiter edge - perhaps it will get everywhere eventually. Thanks for the videos - very interesting Best wishes, Douglas Reith P.S. Default cutting height is 6cm - what’s your advice? Some say the higher the cut, the better the grass will be; other advice is the exact opposite.

Mine broke down before two months and it didn't work half the days because of the rain. It's been another month and it's still broken. The after-sales service is a disaster. The company does not provide replacement. Absolutely regret buying it.
