@@carolinezervan6301 It’s probably more space, and venting off the curved roof. Hard to beat propane, pound for pound, but the fridge in the 360 has pretty low amp draw. Actually, if you set it up right it’s very good if you use better LiPo Battery systems. Battle born batteries and controllers are very limiting. It is much better to just have 1 led acid battery, which can be outside on the tongue, then integrate something like a rapidly charging Ecoflow inside the trailer. We have a Tab 320 with a Delta 2000 Max next to the AC unit under the seat. It can run microwave 5 to 8 times a day, coffee maker several times, pressure washer if needed for 20 minutes or so, 4 HomePod theater speakers with a 4K monitor, a Mac Mini computer…. With no sun we can run 1 to 2 days including the fridge. We have the same system in our Lance trailer with a second smart battery, which has far more power consumption,, and it’s also very easy to go 10 days off grid. Even if we have no sun, the Ecoflow rapidly charges, so I only have to run a gas generator, maybe a 1 or 2 hours, per/every 1 to 2 days, and that is zero sun. IF we have sun, we have gone 10 days off grid and never used the gas Generator. The taller fridge is hardly a drain on the 360 when you compare the amp draw over the Isotherm in the Tab 320. It does help to keep the fridge packed and not empty to increase the Cp (heat capacity) of items retaining the cold. You just have to avoid depending on dumb LiPo battery systems like Battleborn, with poorly designed controllers and create your own Shore power bypass to a better system.

I really like this trailer but I think the sink/cooktop setup is a miss. They could've maximized that space by separating them and giving them distinct covers so that when you're not using one, you can put the cover down and utilize it as counter space. Perhaps there is a design limitation that prevents that, but if not, it'd be great to see them update that in the future!

@@PrincessCraft Ditch the too small shower. Keep the toilet but cover with a lift up kitchen counter and double the kitchen space in the process as well as removing the claustrophobic vertical tall shower wall. Install simple track mounted privacy curtain during toilet use.

I hope they reconsider using a smaller refrigerator (like what's in the 320) and extending the countertop across to the passenger-side wall. The fold-down glass covers are nice but in practice you're rarely prepping and THEN cooking. You're doing both at the same time. You can always get a 12v cooler to extend your refrigeration capacity if needed.

Splits the 320 and 400 perfectly and a great addition to the line! As for the twin beds, I'm fortunate that my wife of 40 years still likes me to keep her warm at night. It's great that NuCamp has joined other manufactures in offering airplane style storage. Netting like they used to place above the cubbys or simple elastic cord would make those areas much more usable. Individuals with a three way refrigerator can boondock with about 100 watts of solar, those with 12v refrigerators require 300 to 400 watts of solar. If you want to stay off grid for a period, just carry a spare cassette. Just place a little water and enzyme of your choice before you re-install it.

Yes for a single. I wouldn't need the big fridge. I would like a smaller fridge with the countertop extended to the right on top of the fridge. I would change out the one-piece glass cook top cover with separate over the sink. I need that space for food prep. Yes, I cook. It saves money and I add only the ingredients I want. Too many chemicals in frozen dinners that I do eat occasionally when RVing.

I like this except I would prefer two permanent twins with a Lagun table in between and nice thick mattresses. Also while I like the tall fridge, the kitchen is too cramped. I would rather go small fridge and more counter.

PJ, thank you for bringing us another small trailer. I really like this new floorplan from nuCamp. It's perfect for a single camper, who may have a friend or family member camping with them. Still small and can be pulled by an SUV. And has a dedicated sleeping space and eating/working space, that you can make a 2nd sleeping space with. This is what I have been looking for! Such a great new model. I own a 2023 tab 320. I wish their interior lights were dimmable and offered both white and yellow lighting. I’ve added dimmable puck lights to my trailer and it’s much easier on the eyes during the evening and at night.

Concerns: the person sleeping on the dinette side….has four places in your midsection area that have splits in the cushions. Two vertical and two horizontal. That has to be not good. The 400 has that box spring system, this does not. Simple cushions over wood. I’d like to see that improve. I agree with several comments regarding the cover for the sink/burners. That cover should be split in half so you have flexibility with counter space. Since this is a prototype, perhaps this also can be altered before going to production.

Put a rolled-up yoga/camping mat or memory foam behind the dinette seat when it's up, pull it out when you're ready to make the bed and use it to cover up the seams!

Im glad to see that NuCamp is following the european models now with the one piece sink and stove, modern interior color and super large fridge (12 volt:) improvements on the digital door handle, layout, spacious design and options available. I just hope the optional rear bumper protection is available for this as well:)

Three things I would change: the one-piece stove/sink cover that's been so often mentioned, add a lagun table mount to the permanent bed for an extra option for workspace, eating, etc, and the shower/sink nozzle. I haven't seen how those nozzles work, so maybe it's okay, but I prefer to shower in my trailer if possible and don't know how the water flow is with that setup.

This woman could sell me a used casket. She is just perfect in her descriptions of all RV's. As a larger man, I appreciated the dinette seating where I could lift up the back cushion to my comfort. Leave the refrigerator. There are SO MANY campers for which you can get a tiny refrigerator, but not many small campers with a good-sized refrigerator. Some of us go camping with our own food to save money and because of allergies. I need a small camper I can pull with my SUV, which has a more prominent refrigerator than the usual tiny one. I will not buy anything that has a little refrigerator. I am pulling with a reasonably new SUV, so a new vehicle is outside my future. Also, we don't like windows on both sides of the bedroom area. One solid wall would make it safer.

I think I would prefer no gas stove and a portable one burner induction cooktop. Could be stored under counter in that cubby when not in use. That way you could have sink with cover and some counter prep space when preparing food. Outlet is already there.

WOW! That would sell like hot cakes here in the UK, i'd buy one for sure. Some (of us Brits) will say it's 2 separate single beds thou....but it'll tow easily with most smaller engine cars we have over here without selling their own car to get a bigger engine to tow it with much more ease. I'm not fussed if the wet bath is smaller than i'd like but overall it's a well thought out & made camper. Perfect size fridge/freezer. I Iove it! I'd buy one!! ❤

I have the 2024 320 and love it but the storage is lacking. I like this teardrop but the frig is too big and the sink/burners I would not like. I use my sink all the time and would have to move stuff out of the way to use the sink. Right now I have a silicone mat over the stovetop and the mat provides enough hardness it’s like having a full counter. I love the storage in their unit and the single bed/table Option. I’m short enough that I use the back cushions as a bed with the backs folded down and I put a 6” futon over the top for comfort. I removed one set of cushions and put in cabinets and I also have a laser projector as a tv and a 42” screen I can hang in the front or on the other side of the trailer wall. It’s very cozy for me, my pup and smith & Wesson.

Those teardrop camping trailers are incredibly cute, but as expensive and impractical at the same time. There is only one place where you can stand upright. There is just not enough room. Have a look at the camping trailers made in France by Trigano (brand names Caravelair and Sterckeman), which are light and spacious at an affordable price. And this one has so many anti-features: - No permanent bed, you always have to construct it from table and cushions, and then pull the sheet over it. And where do you store your linen and blankets at daytime? - No big table to sit at with several people, just the tiny one for two. - The cover of stove and sink is one piece, so when you wash your dishes, you cannot put the pieces on the closed stove. - The tiny wash basin behind the toilet is almost unreachable. - Cassette toilets (this one is by Thetford, UK) are really out of fashion, because they need chemical additives to avoid bad smells. If at least a SOG system was included ... separating toilets are standard nowadays. - In order to provide more height, the total height of the trailer is more than others, which is actually unnecessary. - Too little storage space, no closet for hanging clothes. On the plus side are some points as well: - Water management system - Offgrid features with battery system and inverter - Mounted step instead of a seperate stool. - Wastewater tank inside (can also be a disadvantage when discharging) - Compressor fridge (at least as long as you have electricity; an absorber fridge is less efficient, but can also run on LPG gas) What about heating when it's cold?

This is exactly what I need. I don't even like the two sided dinettes; one side is sufficient. I don't wanna deal with a disgusting black tank; a cassette is perfect! It has a TV, etc. The sink and stove is annoying, but I think I can cope. I've always wanted a wet bath, like what my grandparents had. The only thing missing is an oven. I don't want a microwave, but a real propane oven. I want to cook. I also like the size of the refrigerator. I'll be checking this one out online. Thanks!

I don't understand about the black tank being disgusting. I am new at RVing, but after 4 seasons with my Winnebago Minnie Drop I am blown away with dumping the tanks. So easy and odor free since all the pipes are locked down before opening the lever. I can shower all I want on a long weekend. How often would I need to carry that cassette somewhere to dump it? Too often.

Well done, but hard to understand having a kitchen layout that's inferior to every other model. There is no way to prep and cook at the same time. The biggest fridge in the line and smallest kitchen are an odd pairing. Would the design allow for a practical compromise ? Even the much smaller Barefoot appears to have more kitchen space. In addition, the cooktop looks cheap, outdated, and out of place with nuCamp's modern interiors. NuCamp: hope there's some time to take this into consideration as you go into production of yet another outstanding trailer.

Is there a reason why the flip over the combo stove/sink isn’t a split cover? What if I want the sink only and cover the stove to chop food or use the stove and cover the sink to sit my food on while I cook? Also is there an outlet to plug in a coffee maker around the sink/kitchen area? Another note… I can’t imagine why I want to lean over the toilet to brush my teeth. I think the thought out process on these things could have been more thought out. Also, can a screen door be added? I was looking at this manufacturer and teardrop, but now I’m rethinking. Love it! But IMHO, the frig needs to be shorter. I know it's already small, but you could have a portable one in your tow vehicle. Put the microwave option above the shorter frig, extend the counter top and split the covers. Need a better grate around those burners. Too easy to tip a pot on those small round ones (ask me how I know 😁). The sink behind the toilet is a little odd. I too am short and would have to kneel on it ti brush my teeth. At least it looks that way in the video. I know that sounds critical, but I REALLY to love it.

​@@happycat3399I don't know how PJ does it, but for me, I dump mine, rinse once with just water, then add dish soap, agitate thoroughly, then rinse twice. Leaves me with a super clean cassette. As far as uses, I run contrary to some people you've probably seen who say they never use their toilet for #2. I never understood that, if I didn't want to be able to take a dump in my camper, why would i bother getting one with a bathroom? Lol so to maximize my uses, I only use my toilet for #2. For #1 I find the urinal containers work great and can be dumped at a sewer connection just the same. Doing it this way, a cassette will usually last me up to a week before having to be dumped. Obviously, I will dump it sooner if I'm able, but it's nice knowing i have the capacity.

Very well informed, well spoken video , thank you 🙏 The bad news is thanks to Bidenomics and the new world prices that RV camping even in its simplest form like a teardrop has become a rich man’s sport . I figured there would be some sticker shock when I couldn’t find an immediate listing price on the website. For now I’m stuck with my 6 man tent ⛺️ but this for sure a really nice product for its class and thanks for the demo 😊

I' m sorry can I add something?? It' s very simple and thin!! It' s move door between the kitchen and shower and the rest. Because smell of food, and welll. It' s more higienic!!! WHEN YOU COOK YOU CLOSE THE THIN DOOR, THAN CAN BE OF PLASTIC, TRANSPARENT.DO NOT FORGET THE PRODUCTS TO CLEAN, AND PIECES OF ROPA TO CLEAN!! AND IT NEEDS A SPACE FOR THAT!!! YOUR WELLCOME!!! VISUAL PEACE ( ALL WITH ORDER IN A PLACE ALL NO VISIBLE, WELL GUARDED WITH ORDER, AND CLEAN)
