@Agares Picero It’s good for when you’re bored in class, but I wouldn’t say that it’s fun for like a hobby. The oils on your hands mean the glue doesn’t stick to them very well (unlike, apparently, a painting!), so you can just peel it off in one sheet. It smells kinda funny, though.

This video reminded me of that one time I had to clean up my grandma's apartment. The electric stovetop was so grimey that you couldn't see the white rings on it, denoting where the burners were. I've spent five hours and two cans of cleaning agent to remove the grime, scraping with metal wool for at least an hour until it looked almost good as new. When grandma came home, I asked when was the last time she'd seen the stovetop clean. She said never, it was too grimey to see anything _when she moved in._ She thought it was not possible to clean at all. Sometimes the impossible just takes a lot of time and a _lot_ of scraping.

Just a thought, from someone who is a metal worker. Have you considered ordering custom tool made from spring steel. It is very thin, flexible, and strong, it can be easily formed in to tools like the scalpel. It is available as sheets, and easily laser cut to correct shape just for you. You can easily sharpen it to whatever degree you want. You can make as big or small, long or short tools you'd prefer.

@@fprintf Could be Dutch golden age. Still life was an important genre in that periode and regardless of state it would be monetarily worth saving. A possible rason there is so much overpaint on the background on the left side is that the painting may have been cut from an bigger original. Cutting was a common practice with 18th and very early 19th century art dealers so they could get more money from the work. The overpaint was then applied to hide the cut.
