Jonny Benjamin MBE is an award-winning mental health campaigner, film producer, public speaker, writer and vlogger here on KZbin.
You may be familiar with the documentary he appeared in called "The Stranger On The Bridge" in which he shares his personal account of living with schizoaffective disorder.
When Jonny was 20 he was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder, a combination of schizophrenia and bipolar and in this episode of The Breakdown Podcast we discuss how he has learned to cope and use mindfulness to maintain a steady state of mind.
