Martin Luther He saved the stacks for so long, maybe it was, not sure. If hes used to his supp having vows it means rend = heal, if you get used to it it comes natural. But the flash ffom kha spikes out of gallos ult, timing on his ult botj for offense and defense, fraking excellent, the mvp of the fight. The windwall was great but we all know he was spamming W non stop while chanelling tp.
@wimwomwim209

tabundo001 i dont think he used flash to dodge the spikes on purpose and i dont even think the best players in the world know how much knights vow heals for each kalista stack. Thats like knowing how many time you breathe in that take over 3 seconds, right, no one counts that.

Thanks for this video. I just started watch League with my daughter and the team battles are very fast. Having a really well done breakdown like this really helps me start to understand how a team goes from being attacked, to surviving with low health, to getting an Ace.

Hmm I don't think any western team can win worlds but maybe make quarters or semis. I was pretty disappointed when immortal 2016 didn't make it for Worlds when I think they were stronger than Immortals 2017 but overall NA was stronger in 2016 than 2017. Hope they don't fall apart, I would love to see such an aggressive team represent NA at MSI and even more at Worlds. Fed up of TSM, they are korean meta slave and don't have any creativity.

He tried to flank expecting mass cc but the kalista flash and fates call scared him back, which to be honest was likely a good idea as she could burst him with the chain cc. Then he couldn't find an angle. His jump was down that entire fight too. In the end he gave a really weird death. Bad play overall.

When people say that "it's just a tiny difference, it doesn't matter!", that's where they're wrong. This game shows that every tiny bit makes a huge difference, and everyone must do their part to succeed and come together. If ANY of these things happened - if Adrian died, if huni didnt clear the minion wave or block varus ult, if the timing of the realm warp was even a tiny bit early or late, if not everyone was attacking the same nexus turret, it would've given Liquid a chance to come back into the game and possibly win.

@russell4930
@russell4930 6 жыл бұрын
Nuno Ferreira if xmithie showed himself onto altec, hunis windewall and the disengage from galio ult, the whole echo fox team woulda been able to turn onto xmithie, altec would have survived because Adrian was right next to him and still had devour up
@russell4930
@russell4930 6 жыл бұрын
Also right at the time of altecs fates call, that’s when xmithie was about to strike, but definitely knew not to engage because of adrian in fates call, adrian still had flash just in case he needed to devour altec. Xmithie surely was useless but due to his khazix pick he limited himself
@Albertrossus
@Albertrossus 6 жыл бұрын
Lol it would have given TL so much time if adrian actually devoured Altec and flashed away, if he'd done that TL would have won the fight. They would have turned onto xsmithie and killed him for sure but at least kalista would have been

My guess that it is actually intentional - you can block fast moving projectile (or something that you spotted when it was already close, like coming from the bush or over the wall) even though some cast time on windwall.

Huni didnt want to get trough Dl. He went overhim by accident. He flashed E-thirthQ to R but he missed. You can see that because he uses the Q after the E. And Q only casts when you use it before finishing the E. He got lucky there.

@oneyearlater1
@oneyearlater1 6 жыл бұрын
Сергій Мартиненко I think since his team was trying to run he didn't want to compromise his position. So they wanted to back off and DL started stacking RB on minions to not lose his position from moving forward. I'd say xmithie did bad because he could've attacked an isolated kalista and forced tahm to peel, possibly giving his team enough time to disengage or kill someone.

Ekko Fox are just fascinating to me. Easily not the most talented team. Only Huni is the really god of the team. But they are so coordinated it is insane. I hope this holds up through out the rest of the split and into the playoffxss
@edenfesi6517
@edenfesi6517 6 жыл бұрын
They are easily one of the most talented teams, Dardoch has long been considered the best mechanical jungler in NA. When Fenix was last in LCS Jensen said he was the hardest person to lane against, he has always been known as a mechanical and laning beast. People keep not mentioning them but Altec for all of last year was a top tier ADC and him and Adrian were basically the main win condition for DIG when they went on their late-season streak. From a pure mechanics and talent perspective the only teams on the same level as them are TSM and C9. The reason people didn't believe in them was personalities and teamwork. No one ever questioned their talent.
@Jens9807
@Jens9807 6 жыл бұрын
Eden Fesi. I don't agree with the sentence where u mentioned C9 and TSM. C9 I agree with but TSM are no where near Echo Fox or C9 this split imo, Mike Yeung has been a very bad jungler this split and their coordination is not good
@Obosii
@Obosii 6 жыл бұрын
They made perfect choices pre-season: They hired players on the basis of their friendships rather than outright skill. They also have ditched the team house and given them apartments instead so their lives are more normal. I’m guessing you’ll see more teams doing this.
@sebaba001
@sebaba001 6 жыл бұрын
Dardoch is the most skilled jungler in NA prob by far. Altec in this teamfight showed more skilled and clutch play than doublelift in the past 2 years. I dont think you realize how insane this Kalista play is. People drool over pentakills even when all the adC does is autoattack and jump in with trist, thats nothing.

They didn’t call it, TL did. Adrian was just going for a ward and TL went full engage. In that moment, if they back away, they can get chased down by kha and Galio. The ward gets killed and no TPs come in leaving EF in a 3v5.

Lmao look at xmithies positioning after kalista ults tahm kench. He went to chase after the yasuo instead of continuing to focus kalista when she was all alone. He did zero damage the whole fight. It was literally a 4 vs 5. So sad to see xmithie play that dumb. He is supposed to be the smartest player on TL and their captain.
@BobyJooba
@BobyJooba 6 жыл бұрын
I agree he played this teamfight bad. But I don't know if he could have killed Kalista in this. Adrian could have used kalista ult to bump him and they would have killed him anyway. After Altec used his ult, he instantly regrouped with his team and xmithie wouldn't have his passive to kill him. The window was very short
@adgqet100
@adgqet100 6 жыл бұрын
I meant after Tahm Kench throwed himself out. There was a short window where he could have focused Kalista while she was all alone. Like you mentioned the window of opportunity was very short. And still better than chasing after yasuo who is miles away.

Tahm Kench was fighting in the front lines. Like BobyJooba mentioned there was a window of opportunity to engage the Kalista and at least do some dmg. This teamfight was the decider so there was no reason to hold back and try to survive. When his team dies the game ends anyway.
