It's very well executed, no question. But also a missed opportunity it seems. They could have put something there that reveals more about her character. On the other hand, it could be argued that the depiction of the bridge is foreshadowing of her "crossing" from her old appearance and self-imposed isolation to new appearance and receptiveness to others.

idgaf bout nunna yall opinion, sticking by this: allison is so hot. her weirdness makes her hot. so mysterious, yet intriguing. loud, but soft spoken. mean, but sweet. she wasn't "normal", clearly, but i mean compared to the millions of 'claires' out there. (claire is amazing btw) but her off-putting demenor is so attractive to me. idc. and her squeal at 0:09 was a tier. can't top that. ally sheedy was GOLD. i also hate the makeover btw. still gorgeous. lacked the umph and flavor that pre-makeover allison had.

Aquarius. I mean not the kleptomaniac parts, because most Aquariuses don’t care about other peoples currency. But Aquariuses are apt to do things like the lunch scene. Like there are rules or something…? I’M NOT SURE IF ANYONE HAS NOTICED, but she is one of the important characters in the movie, IN THAT she is almost a silent narrator. She is the glue. She notices everything that’s going on between everything. The whole complexity and sensitivity and dynamics, and empathizes with their pain when hurt, RECOGNIZES ABSURDITY and just watches it thinking its like a joke, doesn’t tolerate it bull crap, and she bleeds easily. She SEES people. If you watch the movie from her point of view, you almost learn more than listening to the other characters. -> she is the glue. 💕
