The pussification of the American youth has made MCs a whole lot different than the MCs of the 60s and 70s. I am 67 and was in a club from 79-89. We never asked for permission from the dominant or anyone else. I am glad I survived the life.

That’s what’s funny about all of this. Had most of these clubs stayed in “their lane” and worried more about asking permission, they never would have existed.

When I lived on Staten Island. I was a HOG member back in the late 90’s. Early 20O0’s Two buddies of mine in the HOG I rode with were former breed members. One Guy had a scar from a bullet hole. (Not sure if it’s the same guy) From a MC Club fight. His son went on to be a famous singer. I won’t mention his name here. But I’m still friendly with him and his family. In living in Poconos PA since 2015.

Good interview. Any discussion of Breed should include the murder of Newark police officer Snow in 75 that turned into the Landano wrongful conviction case . The shooters were Breed - Kieth Roller and Ferni (sp) . Landano did 9 years in Rahway. Case put a lot of heat on the club. Second case that drew the wrath of NJSP was when a Breed member shot at a trooper on Parkway or Turnpike ( don’t recall which) in about 84/85- But missed. They were moving stolen motorcycle parts in a van and a trooper pulled the van over and the driver came out shooting. That dude ended up in Leesburg doing time and SP made his life miserable. Breed made some serious enemies in law enforcement.

Having a three piece cut doesn't make you a 1%er. There are hundreds of regular clubs and even cop clubs that are 3 pieces. Denim also means nothing specific. And the big 5 have been set in stone since the 50s, the breed never got close to being in the big boys.
@chainsaw29505 ай бұрын
Pretty sure one of the big five wasn’t big 30 to 40 years ago.
@joebrett55445 ай бұрын
No , the Big 5 is a new term from the 2000’s. The BIG 4 was a document released by the DOJ in the early 1980s. And The BIG 4 are Pagan’s , Hells Angels , Outlaws and Bandidos. And yes , before COPs and Mom and Pops started wearing 3 piece patches , it was designated for OUTLAW MCs. Not quite 1% Clubs yet , but still Outlaw. And allot of clubs tried to wear 3 peice patches back in the day and got steam rolled , and shut down. But now everyone and their mom does it because it looks cool and they can get away with it due to cameras on every square inch of America. As for the Breed , they were always respected and were always mentioned when talking about outlaw MCs
