Always loved the Breen. I always enjoyed how inconsistent their info was since everything said about them is all "I hear the Breen are X" and always assumed it was due to the mysterious nature of their entire Confederacy. The only things we know for certain is that they're extremely warlike and as capable a warrior as a Naussican, with some of the strongest (and only organic-based) ships in the Galaxy.
