Bretonnian Paladins never harm the innocent or callously sacrifice civilian life as some Space Marine chapters do. They are selfless heroes who view service to their king and homeland as their duty, both to The Lady and Bretonnia as a nation. Bretonnia gets a bad wrap from some callous nobles, but the more powerful a noble becomes in his path to the Grail, the more selfless, dutiful, and compassionate he will be.

It also limits. If you want 2 stacks to just start for example whoop Wulfriks homeless ass you can do that but it will damage the economy. But there is a loophole here. Don't build too much farms but industry buildings. Build just tier 1 farm and the rest is industrial buildings with buffs. That way you can have big armies saying fuck you limitations. Practically industrializing Bretonnia all together.
