I literally had to tweak the entire hattori faction to not having the feeling of being scammed. If someone wants to try this, heres the changes i did with the PFM: -+3% success ninja chance (total +5%) -Now both hattori bandits and samurai archers can use Whistling arrows skill (they are bandits, they can smuggle or steal luxury armor, although is expensive and high upkeep, same with arrows, stolen from monks). Added +1 armor to samura archers for the same reason. -Samurai archers are unlocked at T3 archery, hattori bandits are unlocked at T2 ninja building. (Easier access to bandits, harder access to "superior" archers) -Kisho ninjas can be recruited at t2 ninja building. -added +5 growth to ninja economic specialty to counter not having ports. Now i have a reason to getting stomped on every frontline lol.
