It's themed upon the Studio Ghibli film, Porco Rosso. If you've never seen it, check it out, and you'll see the reference completely. The Brewing story is added onto that. 😎

Played it now for over 30 hours. A relaxing game. The different air pirate bosses are fun. The plane builder editor and components are visually great and offer different gameplay. Graphics of the game are really nice and pitoresque. The soundtrack supports the casual game style. I like it, that you don't kill the pirates. After to many hits, they give up. The real secret gem are the "crew missions". If two certain people fly together, they can do a crew mission. Each crew member has normally one positive, one negative and one empty ability slot. One crew mission turns negative to positive, one gives a new one. But the "gem". A decent amount of crew missions fit to the personality and have unique elements not used in the rest of the game. Not spoilering details, the largest plane you will fly, a boat, a board game and at least two really unexpected places all exist only with the crew mission. (and still have not done all) Some of the interesting elements are "aviable" even after the mission. The designers dared to move new paths and I like it.

I'm vaguely reminded of a PS2 game called Skygunner. Obviously very different but the aesthetic I'm looking for is definitely there.

Nice visuals (check), arcadey but fun flying mechanic (check), brewing tycoon..... (uh.. whhhat) . Looking forward to the review, hopefully these parts work as a whole. Wishlisted.

100% worth the buy, charming plane game with a lot to do and a fun brewing mechanic with custom bottling (I used a picture of my dog as a label lol)

The last seaplane that was that satisfying to fly and land was in Wii sports resort island fly over.

Half brewing game half flying simulator? Man this could only be more perfect if you had said it's a full hardcore simulator. But at this point I'll take anything lol can't be complaining about the scarce love we get
