The Bridge City Sinners perform live at The Southgate House Revival in Newport, Kentucky on March 2nd, 2022, on a bill that also included The Goddamn Gallows and the duo of Vic Ruggiero & Lauren Napier. Band members: Libby Lux (vocals, banjo), Michael Sinner (guitar, vocals), Lightnin' Luke (fiddle), Clyde McGee (banjo, guitar), Scott Michaud (upright bass). Camera: Sie Callebs
I'm not completely happy with the audio quality on this video; I had an external mic plugged into the camera but I'm not sure if it was recognized, so this might just be audio from the camera's internal mic. It's the best I have for now, but I'll be glad to re-upload this with better audio if anyone has a recording!

From the misty, pine-covered hills of the Pacific Northwest hail the Bridge City Sinners, who span the continuum from prohibition era jazz to Appalachian death folk. This traditional string band line up bends the meaning of the word genre, playing festivals from Punk Rock Bowling, to Muddy Roots, to Oregon’s Bluegrass String Summit. They started their journey by busking on sidewalks across the country and now this supergroup of musicians find themselves on the national tour circuit. The Sinners still hold true to the DIY mentality of putting albums out on a self made record label, Flail Records. @@BackwoodsFilms Both the Gallows and Sinners ripped. It was a nice small venue (Come and Take it Live in Austin) so Libby went into the crowd during Pick Your Poison. The fiddle player even played a couple of songs with Lauren Napier and Vic Ruggiero. King Buffalo and Uncle Acid were great too, but if I'm being honest there's nothing like the energy of a country punk crowd
