I always played with Thomas Wooden Railway, Brio Wooden Railway, and other Wooden Railway items all together as a child. Often Thomas, Henry, James and Gordon would co-operate with Southern Pacific 4449 and the Pennsylvania Railroad Torpedo to deliver the Brio goods to the station on time. Thank you for uploading, I have good memories of the first Brio Polar Express.

I had the entire Brio Polar Express collection when it came out. Made for an exciting couple of Christmases. I wouldn’t have imagined that several of the items would become so expensive after retiring though! Makes me wish I never got rid of them.

That first Polar Express was actually a re-release of a 1995 collector's set that included a replica sleigh bell and an audio cassette. However, the tender was changed for the 2004 release.

I used to have this set as a young child. I would cross my Thomas The Tank Engine characters and put them in the Polar Express.

The battery powered brio car is my favorite if i had to chose one of the two, its brilliantly detailed and the hot chocolate car is what really sold it for me, i was actually looking over some of your first reviews and noticed an amazing difference between the way how smoothly the whole review goes, a true improvement in every video! I saw this at a local store called King's, a few years back. It was somewhere between 30 and 50 dollars. Would loved to have had one for my son. I don't know if I ever will get it. He wanted it off ebay last year, but we bought him a train table off Amazon or something.

I didn't get any of the Brio items. Instead, I got this figure 8 set that Imaginarium made. It came with: Engine and Tender 2 Coaches Flat Top Tunnel A Black Suspension Bridge 3 North Pole Bridge Segments Hero Boy's House Billy's House A Clothing Store A Movie Theater 3 North Pole Buildings The North Pole Christmas Tree Conductor Figurine Hero Boy Figurine Hero Girl Figurine Santa Figurine 2 Piles of Toys An Assortment of Green Trees An Assortment of Track Pieces And a Bell. Apparently, the set is considered rare now. I'm lucky to still have (most of) it.
