I still havent found a Howitsers who is totally self propelled. In meninge load aim fire with one guy operates it from distance by remote.

Wrong. There are many SELF-PROPELLED Howitzers... defined as a gun that can be moved without a second vehicle being employed to act as a "prime mover." What you are describing is an AUTONOMOUS OR REMOTE WEAPON SYSTEM... aka a DRONE WEAPON. Those are in development now.
