It's cool to hear Dave cover such a great and heartfelt song. Somebody pinch me. I must be dreaming... I was in Australia subbing for Dave at the Byron Bay Blues Fest in 2016. After our last show, Jackson Brown was waiting behind Joey's amp to tell him how much he enjoyed watching 3 of our 4 shows that weekend. He was very gracious and I was thrilled to watch my son accept such high praise from a true craftsman of the trade. Joe was almost speechless. Gobsmacked for sure. Daddy was SO proud.

Such a lovely version guys, I am a late discoverer of Jackson Browns songs, coming across late for the sky last year, as a 60 year old man I don’t understand how I have let them slip until now. But boy are they speaking to me now, incredibly incisive lyrics written at such a young age. I am currently trying to get the superb guitar parts by David Lindley down. Nicely covered guys any more on the way Late for the Sky would be my request.
