Great review! First non goruck video that I’ve watched from you. 😊 Keep doing it man, you may also do another video for this bag like sharing your loadout or how you use on travel or as edc. Im always excited to see various loadouts, there’s always something to learn such as pouches and how you organize things😉 May I know which version is this. I think this is my favorite variation so far. This bag is always on my top5 but Im done for this year, its jus Q1 and I already reached my budget for the year😊 🍻 cheers

Thanks Ryan, to say I have a lot in the queue is an understatement. Lots of bags here and lots more on the way. Plus I have a ton of tech pouches and packing options. Feedback has been consistent and I plan to add more pack-out options. As for the version of this Conceal I think it’s version 3 (latest) but I got this secondhand so can’t confirm. It’s awesome either way and the tweaks normally are very minor. Great bag!

No false bottom, 05:45 "is the only one small negative"? For anyone who lives off there laptop, that one small negative is quite significant I'd say.... the camouflage looks great, internal color, really works. Simple but practical bag.

Great review! I wondered how did you find the BB21 comfort wise compare to the gr1 21/26?

They're all reasonably comfortable in my book. In my opinion you have to weigh them down with a TON of stuff and ruck it out to really determine pressure points and hot spots. I wouldn't expect either problem with these bags. I do however think Mystery Ranch makes the most comfortable bags out there along with Triple Aught Design. All the bags from those two companies have been more comfortable.

thanks for sharing the mods, have some questions 1. does the rear zipper connecting to the main compartment or separate? 2. by adding the laptop mod, does it make false bottom? 3. can you advise the modding system between velcro and molle, in terms of durability and flexibility?

1. The zipper on the rear accesses the laptop sleeve and does NOT access the main compartment. 2. Because you decide where the velcro laptop mod attaches it naturally creates a false bottom. 3. Velcro and Molle have their purposes. For security and strength Molle is the best. For flexibility, both in placement and for changing frequently velcro is best. I hope this helps. Buy it secondhand. Bought one barely used for $200 and I have a Goruck GR1 in full 1000D. In terms of perfection and quality The Brown Buffalo is impeccable.

$325 for this bag + $55 for the laptop sleeve? Meh. Vanquest Addax 18/25 offers interior bottle holders, soft loop bucket, but has a nice tech compartment next to the straps and a great front admin panel for $171 and $196 respectively. The Addax can do everything the Brown Buffalo can do and lots more for a better price.

They just ran a 50% off sale on some of the 21Ls...so sale's happen. I love the layout and craftsmanship TBB puts into all their stuff. But to be fair I have yet to use any of the Vanquest stuff.

Dang. I like vanquest way better and it's $100 cheaper ($200-$250). The bb bag has good materials but no elevated laptop compartment, no rigid back panel and you have to purchase all your organization extra, as opposed to the bag already having organization. Vanquest has all that, plus high vis lining, plus hook and loop for additional modularity, plus some bags have specific CCW compartments, plus also Cordura fabric

All the Vanquest bags around the 21L size are super military looking. Which is cool if that’s your jam. They offered to send me one but I’m not sure yet. I do look forward to snagging the brown Buffalo. Reminds me of the AMP10
