Is it just me or do only helicoptering and shadow boxing happen only at concerts/festivals in the US? I'm going to concerts and festivals in Europe for decades and never had this problem

Meh, doesn't bother me much. And I've seen plenty of shows on here in EU showing plenty of moshing especially with slam bands from overseas. I think it all depends on the genres of bands you are seeing in concerts/festivals.
