I like that you presented evidence other than the overplayed bitemark evidence. People tend to gloss over the fact that there was a shit ton of evidence against him. Or maybe it just makes a better story. Anyway... great job keeping the focus on the facts.

@cautionTosser - the bite-mark evidence used in Ted’s trial has been widely discredited and it is no longer allowed as competent evidence. Garbage in - garbage out! So, Ted was convicted on dental evidence that is inadmissible today. He was still guilty but nobody talks truth about the status of that junk science evidence!

We as children were always warned VERY VERY strongly about hitchhiking, our families would tell us there are some extremely dangerous people out there, and to never EVEEEER Hitchhike EVER, to always find a store n ask 2 use a phone to be collected rather than going with strangers, we were told some young people never saw their Mummys and Daddys ever again and that was a good enough warning to never hitch a ride or talk to strangers, our schools also did the same thank God, totally grateful for that warning ❤️

Every time I'm driving at night on a lonely road by myself I think of these killers. There's one specific I saw on forensic files where a killer was always lurking for victims who broke down on the side of the road on a dark stretch of highway. It was one of the scariest stories I've ever heard. I forget his name but he was murdered in prison.

Here's me back for part or 2 of this Bundy Boy. I've always known about Teddy but honestly never really gone into the details too much. The TB tapes on Netflix absolutely scared the crap outta me. So I just needed my sanity and to focus. That was a long time ago though. I'm not great to watch a horror film with. I scream. Cry. Won't go to the bathroom or upstair on my own. 😅 But it's great to listen to it without having to hear his voice in my dreams... he's so so creepy.

mariocosta5806 I know what you mean. I mean a lot of gangsters and thugs look rough and hard and even scary looking, but most serial killers just look normal average looking folk and yet are even worse than the former I mentioned and that makes it scary. Even Michael Riley Burke who plays Bundy in the violent 2002 movie looks more evil than bundy, he has something about his face and yet he's just a normal guy, the real bundy looks intelligent friendly and approachable but he's a demon of a man..

The one FBI agent who interviewed him numerous times over the years said that Ted bundy was quote the perfect killing machine and I’ve watched damn near ever serial killer documentary and watch the ones that were interviewed and it’s creepy just how much they have in common most are scored at the very top on the intelligence scale charming very good at the whole jackal and Hyde almost always able to fit into wherever demographic they are in at the time

Plus he was an organised serial killer so more successful than say the Yorkshire ripper was around the same time. Alot of Sutcliffe victims survived the attacks because he went up behind them in the street. When he got them into his car like bundy did they didn't survive but the ones attacked walking down the road or across fields were sometimes disturbed by members of the public coming along so he ran off. Bundy was much more organised.

Makes sense because they had to be smart enough to cover their tracks or they couldn't become a serial killer. They had to hide their rage and appear to be normal most of the time. Especially Bundy because he wasn't killing prostitutes and people society overlooks

I think it's possible that Bundy is responsible for the disappearance of Donna Lass from a casino in Nevada in 1971 I believe. Her remains were recently identified. What we know about this likely crime is very consistent with a Bundy type abduction. She was a nurse at the casino and just disappeared with no trace in the early morning hours. The case has been peripherally linked to the Zodiak but it fits Bundy to a tee.

Amazon has an excellent docu-series on Bundy, with interviews from his long-time girlfriend and her daughter, the victims' families, and those who knew or worked with him, titled 'Ted Bundy: Falling for a Killer'. It's POV is framed alongside the Women's Movt. of the times, as well as all the procedural information; some of which was new to me. I think it is well-done, and I appreciated the fact that it in no way 'immortalized' Bundy, but instead focused on those most effected by his crimes. If you haven't seen it, it might interest you. :)

One of the things I liked hearing (although I am sure there is more) is the actual physical evidence they had against Bundy. I've read a lot of things where the police had him "dead to rights" on a certain disappearance, but how? There was no DNA, sometimes no body or just bones - there is circumstantial evidence like he was in that area at the time based on gas station receipts but I would be interested in what other details they had tying him to the crimes. I guess that stuff doesn't make for interesting KZbin videos so it's left buried in the case files - and only what has been publicly released.

Bunch of different hair( including pubic) inside his car, blood on the inside of the passenger door after they took it off...a lot. There was fiber exchange between his blue overcoat & the sweater the little girl( Kimberly Leach) was wearing. Those are a few I know.
