This was so good! I agree with EVERYTHING in this. Truly the responsibility lies within the hands of the doctors and them deciding who is actually fit to be operated on.. in all aspects. They have a moral and ethic responsibility to their patients. And then the responsibility of us to not lie to each other about what we’ve had/not had done AND to do the proper research for the greatest possible outcome. Love it! Thank you for sharing this!

Also as a photographer/video maker, lens distortion and angles makes a big difference to how people look in photos. I'm also in front of camera everyday and honestly you have to say to yourself, f it, carry on, there is no point getting upset about how I look, try to be in a good mood or not tired seems to make the biggest difference to how I perceive myself. I can work on my overall fitness (I test bikes for work) and manage that out come but apart from that there is no point in getting upset about every angle and how I look. It takes really a lot of work to have every angle ideal. In the grand scheme of things that time is poorly spent and will change nothing, apart from irritating yourself. Also I keep telling people to stop making their lives about photos and how they look in them. Unless you are getting paid proper money for your photos, don't worry about it just chill, its ok. Im in pictures only because I ride the bike or talk about it. I certainly don't get paid for me in the picture, it's about the bike.

I hope you gain whatever tools you need to love yourself. A tidbit I learned in one of my psychology classes...... 85-90% of humans, wouldn't recognize themselves when faced with a clone. Our perception of our apparence is wildly different from the reality of what we look like. I truly believe that beauty comes from within. When you're a good person and you're happy in life, those qualities shine through and make you attractive. Confidence is attractive. Don't be so hard on yourself. Just be a decent human and your beauty will be evident. 😍

We get periods that cause all sorts of problems,we are labeled emotionally crazy,a bitch,we hurt. Physically and mentally from this. Then guess what, when we don't get our periods it's because we are either pregnant and growing a watermelon that we have to put through a hole the size of your nostril. Or we are not getting our periods because bam right after that we have menopause and that is worse than anything. However nobody funds a pill like viagra for us. You guys even have a flipping procedure that will fix your poor little penis if it's a little crooked and looks like a carrot. We got nothing. No insurance is giving out labiaplasties

It was encouraging to hear Dr. Rahban speak about his belief that plastic surgeons should not suggest additional procedures to their patients beyond what they come in asking for. I believe this approach to medicine exemplifies everything that a physician should strive to be. As a plastic surgeon, the primary goal should be to practice beneficence by removing harm and promoting good. Patients often present to plastic surgeons feeling vulnerable and exposed, as they have an insecurity that bothers them so much that they are willing to go through drastic measures to change it. Plastic surgery is a difficult field dealing with patients in a compromised psychological state, and any suggestion of additional procedures beyond what the patient wants can further exacerbate a patient's vulnerability. Therefore, plastic surgeons must prioritize their patients' autonomy by only providing information about the issues that bother them instead of bringing up other potential areas of “improvement” and risking the additional psychological consequences that may ensue. It is concerning to hear that suggesting extra procedures to patients may be standard practice for some plastic surgeons. Such behavior is not only unethical but also puts patients in danger by increasing the risk of complications that come with the addition of extra procedures. These practices are unacceptable and completely contradict the oath that physicians take to “do no harm.” In all, the ethical considerations surrounding plastic surgery require physicians to be sensitive to the psychological state of their patients, prioritize patient autonomy, and always act in the best interests of their patients. A physician who practices beneficence takes the time to get to know their patients by performing thorough consultations before agreeing to perform any procedures, and if necessary, does not agree to operate on a patient if it is unsafe. These are qualities that not only plastic surgeons but all physicians should strive to exemplify.

I have talked to men of all ages about this look and not once have I met a man who said he loved the big booty crazed trend.
