Iv3 been playing a customized rat deck with Karumonix in charge and it's so much fun! Commander with Rat is... well, toxic, but a ton of fun. 😅

Toxic + colony feels very win more, ashcoat probably makes more sense for colony. Karu probably wants more poison / prolif to exploit any touches from various utility rats.

You should add ogre slumlord he gives rats death touch and whenever non token creature dies you make a rat token

He was in the original list, I think he largely got cut for mana cost.

Why not Relentless Rats instead of the colony?

I did contemplate the Relentless Rats instead for some time. It ultimately fell to me wanting the multi-Rat theme to be compatible with Skullclamp, and it being one mana less made it easier to ramp into it using K'rrik.

​@@rrteppo me too. I only recently realized Rat Colony was more expensive than Shadowborn Apostles, I got a ton during the time Dominaria was out not realizng they'd be $6 a pop.
