Good idea and an ingenious execution. I think I'll try this on my 110. But first, I'm going to get some shim stock to slip between the blade and the bolsters.

Modifications are part of this channel. This one works for me, but only on this Buck 110. I have not modified any other 110’s I own.

Just because you can do something doesn't mean you should. Say goodbye to your warranty. If this was critical in any way Buck would have already incorporated it into the knife. This is just unnecessary and pretty close to stupid.

It’s not like having a half stop is anything new. Many knives come with this feature. It’s not added only because it costs more in labor.
