Also, since you have the TBM office now you should have some of your subscribers jump on camera with you and show how they use your planner too! I bet there are a lot of different way to use it! My husband gets paid biweekly and so do I but we are on opposite weeks so we budget every week. Thank you for the clarification on the starting balance. I was one of the persons getting wrapped around the axle with what I did at the end of the month for the next month. If the starting balance is whatever you have in your checking account on the first day of the month, that makes things so much easier. Hi Ryen! Liked to see your budget too. And your smiling face 😄. Please show how Ryen closes out her January in the next video. I would be very interested in that too. Still need help with the “Where Did My 💰 Go?” worksheets.

Hi Miko! Love your workbook and philosophy! One quick suggestion: since filling out the Paycheck Bill Tracker is dependent on the Calendar page, it would be great if the pages were side-by-side instead of on the opposite sides of the same piece of paper. That way your readers could copy from the Calendar to the Paycheck Bill Tracker without flipping the page back and forth. Just an idea for future editions of your fantastic product :)

That is a good idea but many of us who use her book have several paycheck bill tracker pages that we use, so we still end up doing some flipping.

Shakira added things that means a lot to latinas and Lebanese community ! It was just awe 🥰 It was just unique just like every other halftime show along the years. I'd love to see that too. I use the Digit app in place of the cash envelopes. You can create different goals there and save for each one. Then when I need the money I pull from it. Like Miko I stuff each Digit goal when I get my paycheck so it's removed from my checking acct. Your money there is FDIC insured and you get 1% interest every couple of months. So your money is making money. If you'd like to try it here is my code. By signing up you can get $5. I've been using it for about 3 years now digit.co/r/hs5zKYIQ8h?wn

I use a cheap notebook from the dollar store and follow these steps writing out my categories every payday on Friday lol. I’m like Ryan, my paycheck fluctuates and I don’t write hard numbers until I see the money in my account, then I go from there. I was trying to follow Dave Ramsey plan and I reached my $1,000 emergency Fund, but I’m going to continue building it because I’m just not comfortable with that amount at all lol. I’m continuing to save and when I reach my goal amount then I work to pay off my debt.

This is so interesting to see. I’ve been so hung up on monthly budgets for so long (my late husband was paid monthly), and now I receive money all through the month, so I’ve been running a cash float in my txn account (I never use cash for anything) and letting that dwindle during the month, but it’s always repaid by month’s end (I see the whole year at a glance as well as a monthly breakdown). Your system is more fluid and requires less discipline. I might have to convert!

The time to officially get started is now! :) This is the first time seeing Ryen in your videos and it was so nice to see the way that she goes about hers considering she does have some debt and gets paid 2x a month. I do have a question though about zero based budgeting that I haven't seen anyone address. How much do you make sure you keep in your checking account? You make sure to have all of your money go somewhere, to bills, or to envelopes, but you obviously have to have a balance in your checking acct at all times to make sure you don't get fees etc. Thanks!
